Important - We're closed for the Bank Holiday on Monday 31 August If you require medical help while we are closed: NHS 111 can provide urgent medical advice and direct you to the right service. Your community pharmacy can help with many common conditions and medication concerns. The Urgent Care Centre is available for urgent health problems that need attention before your GP practice reopens. For routine matters that can safely wait, including appointments, results and prescription queries, please contact us when we reopen on Tuesday 1 September.
Sorry, we're currently closed. Please call NHS 111
Under the Data Protection Act 2018 (which updates and replaces previous legislation), you have the legal right to access your health records. Access can only be refused in rare cases where there are compelling reasons to do so.
Our practice follows a clear process for patients who wish to view their health records. If you would like to request access or need more information, please ask at reception — we can provide you with the necessary application form and guide you through the process.
Additionally, if you are registered for the NHS App or our online services, you can access your health records digitally from June 2022 onwards (or from your registration date if you joined the practice after this).
