If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel please use Klinik (start here button) on our home page to discuss your travel arrangements. Please include information on which countries and areas that you are visiting to help determine what vaccinations are required.
You will also need to complete our Travel Vaccination Form which should be given to our reception staff once completed, or sent electronically via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Further information about countries and vaccinations can be found at:
It is important to plan your vaccinations as early as possible – at least 6 weeks before you travel – as more than one appointment may be required and certain vaccines need two weeks to become effective. Travel vaccines also need to be ordered as they are not kept in stock.
Not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS. Some travel vaccines must be ordered on a private prescription and these will incur a cost over and above the normal prescription charge.
Please note it is not always possible for us to provide appointments for private travel vaccinations due to our appointment capacity for NHS contracted services.
If you are travelling to Europe the EU has published useful information for travellers on the European website:
Please note we no longer offer the yellow fever vaccine.
