Important - NOTICE OF PRACTICE CLOSURE - Please be advised that our practice will be closed for a half-day on Thursday, 18th December from 13:00 onwards for staff training. This closure has been authorised by the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board (ICB). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
As part of a national NHS programme, all patients registered at GP practices in England are allocated a named GP. This has been in place since April 2015.
Your named GP is responsible for overseeing your care and ensuring that your needs are met by the wider clinical team.
You will be informed of your named GP when you register with us. If you’re unsure who your named GP is, please ask at reception.
Yes — having a named GP does not affect your ability to see any GP or nurse at the practice. You can continue to book appointments with any member of our clinical team, depending on availability and your preferences.
This system is designed to support continuity of care while keeping access flexible.
Let us know if you’d like to request a different named GP — we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference where possible.
