The uptake of the flu vaccine in 2 and 3 year old children in Cornwall is low. We would like to change this, however, we need your help. If you are the parent or guardian of a 2 and 3 year old please help us by filling in this anonymous short survey by 28 February so we can better understand the reasons behind your decision making and provide us with feedback on flu vaccinations.
